. What type of equipment do you use?

. Our photographers use professional Nikon digital cameras, along with a variety of lenses, flashes and lighting equipment.  We are constantly upgrading our arsenal to ensure we have the latest technology, and we always bring multiple camera set-ups to each wedding as backups to ensure we're always prepared.  Our videographers use 3-chip digital Canon XL1 and GL1 models, which are used by National Geographic and many other professional media groups.  We also offer HD coverage using Sony high-definition cameras for those who prefer different options.

. What is the benefit of contracting both of your services together?

. Our photographers and videographers have years of experience working together as a team.  They compliment each other and know how to provide dual coverage while remaining unobtrusive on your special day.  Additionally, many of our couples comment on the convenience of only having to work with one company rather than multiple companies.

. I have definitely decided to use a photographer at my event but still am unsure about video. Can you offer any comments that can help me make a decision?

. Many people assume that if you have one, the other is not necessarily needed. Although photography and videography share many traits, they are considered complimentary services to one another rather than competing. Photography captures a moment and expression in time. Video gives you the full action. With video, you can hear the voices quiver and watch the teardrop fall. With photography, you can freeze the moment you wiped it away. Photography is far more convenient to share with friends, family, and co-workers. Watching your wedding video is a commitment of a small amount of time for you and those who may or may not have been able to attend but so much fun when you watch your family and friends having such a great time and listening to their heartfelt, loving messages that they leave for you. Including video in your budget will definitely be a decision you will appreciate more and more as the years go by.

. Where are you located?

. Our studio/sales office is located in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor, at 685 Main Street. Being located on the central, east side of Pinellas County, we are easily accessed from the Courtney Campbell Causeway, the Bayside Bridge, or McMullen Booth Road.

. Do you offer packages?

. Yes, we offer packages to accommodate both large and small weddings.  We also customize packages to those with specific requests. We offer other complimentary services such as pre-bridal portraits, engagement photo sessions and rehearsal dinner packages. Additional enlargements, albums and accessories are available ala Carte.

. How far in advance should I book your services?

. Being on the desirable Florida Suncoast, weddings increase during certain times of the year. Typically, March through mid-June and again in September through November marks our peak season for weddings. The holiday season also peaks with corporate parties and events. We would highly recommend booking dates during these popular times between 8-12 months in advance to ensure your peace of mind. Please call for availability, as some dates during the peak seasons will be surprisingly light.

. How do we book your services?

. A retainer fee of $600-$1000, depending on which packages you choose,  is required for each of our wedding day services to secure your wedding date.  A contract for each service will need to be completed to ensure all information is provided. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. All remaining balances are due no later than seven days prior to the event.

. What kind of printing do you use?

. We have partnered with some of the best professional photo labs across the country, and we also do some of our printing in-house, using professional Canon and Epson printers.

. What type of albums do you offer?

. We have access to all brand named albums but the most common that we offer are Graphi, Collages, Renaissance, Albums Inc., Capri, Zookbinder, and Art Leather. However we have catalogs for any client to customize their album based on taste and budget.

. When are travel fees charged?

. There are no travel fees for Pinellas, Hillsborough and southwest Pasco counties. Destination weddings outside our travel area may incur mileage fees. Hotel accommodations may be required depending on ending time of event in relation to travel time to return home. In cases of events requiring air travel, a minimum of 2 roundtrip airline tickets will be needed plus hotel accommodations.
